It is your responsibility to ensure you read all information before registering.
You must complete the registration process including the checkout portion, failure to do so will result in your registration being deleted from the system.
Season will run from Mid August – End of October dependent on division.
Early Registration will close July 2nd @ 11:59pm.
Confirmation of registration
Once you have completed the registration form , you will be taken to the cart & then to the checkout. Once payment method has been submitted, confirmation page will be shown. THIS IS YOUR ONLY CONFIRMATION that you have registered correctly. You will not receive anything further until the season gets ready to start.
Age Divisions (as of Dec.31, 2018) & Registration Fees
A player is not considered fully registered until we have received registration & FULL PAYMENT – NO EXCEPTIONS
Learn to Play – Ages 6 & 7 (Born 2011-2012)
Atom – Ages 8 & 9 (Born 2009-2010)
Pee Wee – Ages 10 -12 (Born 2006-2008)
Bantam – Ages 13 -15 (Born 2003-2005)
Payment Methods – Payment is due immediately
Confirmation of your registration will be the final page after you checkout!!!
Online Payment – Upon checkout you can pay via credit card or debit card for payment using our secure online payment system.

Jumpstart/Kidsport – You are responsible for attaining, completing & dropping off the forms to the sponsorship provider ASAP . IMPORTANT: All families who register players in PEE WEE/BANTAM must pay $50 which is the estimated difference between the registration fee & the amount allocated by Jumpstart/Kidsport Families will be responsible for the difference in amount given & it will be due at the time of equipment pick up in august or if you want to pay before that can be arranged as well.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE PAYMENT AS INSTRUCTED WILL RESULT IN YOUR PLAYER(S) REGISTRATION BEING DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Cart & Checkout
You MUST complete this part of the registration process in order for your registration to be complete. Failure to do so will result in your registration not being accepted. This will also confirm that your registration has been completed. You must watch the website for all information as we do not email out confirmations, equipment pick up ect..
Equipment Deposit Cheques
Equipment deposit cheque in the amount of $200 is due at equipment pick up.
if you have more that 1 player it can all be put on 1 cheque (#players x $200)
Cheques are to be dated Sept.1 payable to MJMFL. Cheques are not cashed unless you do not return to equipment or pay any outstanding fees.
Equipment will be handed out on sets date in late August.
Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Pants, Pant Pads, Belt & Mouthguard,Practice & Game Jersey (given out by the team)
